Two decades of training. One mission, sharpened.
ReSkillWales began as a question. After twenty years running Computer Training Wales — helping businesses across South Wales upskill their teams — we kept seeing the same pattern: capable, experienced workers being made redundant, with skills that needed a refresh but no clear path to one.
The Welsh Government's ReAct+ scheme offered up to £1,500 per person for retraining, but most providers were stuck offering generic courses on outdated tools. Meanwhile, every job advert was demanding AI, data, and modern Microsoft skills.
So in early 2026 we spun out a focused new entity — ReSkillWales — built specifically for redundant workers. Five-day intensive masterclasses. Modern tech. Real outcomes. Fully ReAct+ funded.
We're proudly headquartered at the Llynfi Enterprise Centre in Maesteg, with online cohorts reaching learners from Cardiff to Wrexham. Our team is small, all Welsh-based, and genuinely passionate about a country that retrains rather than retreats.
